About the Program
What work am I going to be doing?
Our program is built around self-guided 30-minute work-tasks that focus on personal growth, responsibility, and reflection. You can help us in peer participation activities which allow you to review and grade other participant's work. You can also engage in 30-minute work modules that encourage you to reflect on your decisions, behavior, and goals. You don’t need to be a computer wiz or be able to write perfectly — the goal is to show effort and honest reflection. Each module is timed, tracked, and reviewed. As you move forward, you'll unlock optional tasks that can be completed online or locally in your community.
Is this an acceptable form of Community Service?
Yes — in most cases. Our programs are widely recognized throughout the United States. However, final approval is always up to the authority in charge. We recommend checking with your caseworker if you need to ensure you are meeting specific requirements.
How do I know this will be an acceptable form of Community Service?
After enrolling, you’ll be able to download your official Enrollment Verification Letter, which shows that you've started this community service program with us. You can submit this letter to your supervising authority if you want to let them know you have started or if they need to sign-off on it. When you have finished your hours, we will sign and certify an Hour-Log which we maintain that shows all the work you completed and your total hours - this is the final document you will need certifying your hours are completed. Click here to read about the legitimacy and validity of our program.
Is Online Community Service Legitimate?
Yes. This is legitimate Community Service, online! If needed, we have a Provider Packet we can give to Authorities for them to see the authenticity and validity of our program in the case that they need to approve it beforehand. Our program has been reviewed and supported by licensed professionals including therapists, doctors, and behavioral health experts, and is used by individuals across the country to meet community service requirements. If you would like to read about the legitimacy and validity of our program, please see our info for case-workers.
How is doing things “online” considered community service?
Community service isn’t just about physical labor — it’s about giving your time to do something constructive, educational, or beneficial to the community. Our programs help participants reflect, grow, and make better choices by completing meaningful work that promotes accountability, emotional awareness, and personal development.
Can I Get a Signed Hour-Log Certificate?
Yes, all the work you do is tracked and logged in your Hour-Log (available in your online account.) You can ask your work supervisor at anytime to sign your Hour-Log certificate - they will review the work you have done to make sure it was done properly and, if so, they will sign and approve the hours you have worked.

Getting Started
How soon can I start?
You can start right now. Enroll here and get accepted immediately. Start working right away. Within the next few hours, you can complete a couple hours of community service. Work at your own pace, up to 10 hours per day.
How fast can I go?
Every minute you spend actively working, counts. You’re free to work at your own pace—up to 10 hours per day. However, we recommend taking your time, ideally between 30 minutes to 2 hours per day. This program is designed to help you reflect, learn, and grow, and that process is most effective when you give yourself the space to absorb the lessons thoughtfully.
How do I track my service hours?
Once you click the button to complete a task or lesson, the system logs your hours. You can view your progress via the Hour-Log which is located in your account after you are enrolled. It is updated in real-time.
Having Problems?
I enrolled but I never got my login info.
During enrollment, we would have requested your name, date-of-birth, your email and allowed you to choose a password - if you gave us that information, then you should be enrolled and you can sign-in using your email address and password. If you were never asked for this information, then something must have gone wrong. Please contact us and we will finish your enrollment for you.
I don't know my password.
If you never got a password, or, you forgot your password, Click here to contact us and we will help you.
I was doing work, then it said I am Not Logged-In.
If there is no activity on your end, the system may log you out after about 15 minutes. If this happens, you may be able to login again via another window and then it will allow you to continue submitting the previous lesson as long as you do not navigate away from that page.
I submitted a lesson, but it is not logging my hours.
This is a strange problem. If something like this occurs, contact us right away so we can look into it. Click here to contact us
It says my account has been suspended for cheating.
Ouch! It looks like you were not engaging in good-faith. Our system tracks and monitors your activity, and we have supervisors that manually review all work - any cheating or attempts to circumvent the program can result in account suspension. Contact us to see what can be done.
Privacy
Is my personal information kept private?

Change Name on Account
You may be able to change the name on your account. We recognize that some people enroll without using their full legal name and later want to update it. That is ok. Email us and we will accommodate you. However, if you want to change the name from one person to another person (e.g. Bob Jones to John Smith) we will not do that.
